Majida Glam, 5D Route de Monfleury, 1214 Vernier, Switzerland, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

When booking an appointment online, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, date and time of the chosen appointment.

During payment, card details are handled directly by our provider Stripe and never pass through our servers.

Your data is used to: manage your booking, send you the confirmation and reminders by email, follow up on the service and comply with our legal obligations.

Processing is based on your consent (online booking) and on the performance of the service contract.

Your data is accessible only to Majida Glam. It may be transmitted to our technical subprocessors: Supabase (database), Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, see the Cookies section).

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Booking-related data is kept for 5 years from the date of the appointment, for accounting and customer follow-up purposes.

In accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding your data.

This site uses technical cookies required for it to work: remembering your language preference (FR/DE/EN) and keeping your session during booking and payment.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Instagram and Facebook: pages viewed, booking started and deposit paid. This information may be transferred outside Switzerland and the European Union.

You can refuse or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account. Refusing measurement cookies does not prevent you from booking.
